Ruby James McCafferty
Research interests:
Ruby is a first year MA student with interests in design, innovation, corporate culture, and a whole lot of other things. In 2019, she received her BA in Cultural Anthropology, with a minor in Global Health. She decided to return to school after two years at her post-grad Design Research job because she still had a lot of unanswered questions and, quite frankly, she missed learning. She loves Anthropology because it can be a gateway to learning just about anything, and it’s an excellent excuse for people-watching. Originally from Vermont, she has also lived in New Mexico, Illinois, California, and New York. She currently lives in Brooklyn with her partner and her dog. In her spare time, she enjoys walking, hiking, going to art museums, and drinking coffee.
