Kalindi Vora - AI and the Crisis of the Human

Cameron Brinitzer is a historian and anthropologist of science. Currently, he is a visiting scholar at the Minda de Gunzburg Center for European Studies at Harvard University. Since completing his PhD at the University of Pennsylvania in 2022, he has held postdoctoral fellowships at the University of Southern California’s Dornsife Center on Science, Technology, and Public Life, the Berggruen Institute, the Max Planck Institute for the History of Science, and Harvard. His first book, tentatively titled Laboratories of Liberalism, combines a history of the Central European University with an anthropology of the cognitive sciences practiced there to examine the post-Soviet liberalization of Central Europe and the rise of illiberalism.
